General Project Description

The project involves landscape and irrigation installation for San Miguel Fire Station 15, located at 2850 Via Orange Way, Spring Valley, CA 91978. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and services for performing landscape and irrigation installation in the parking lot and surrounding areas as described in the provided plans (Attachment A - Landscape plans) and based on an irrigation valve assessment (Attachment B). The work also includes haul-away and clean-up of all materials.
