General Project Description
The City of San Rafael is seeking proposals from qualified consultant teams for engineering design services for the 2025/2026 Pavement Management Program - Curb Ramp and Striping Project. The project's purpose is to design the installation and upgrade of approximately 46 curb ramps to ADA standards and the installation of roadway striping, markings, and signage in compliance with the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (CA MUTCD). The scope includes civil, topographical surveying, and traffic engineering design services to support the City's pavement preservation and accessibility goals across various roadway segments.
