General Project Description

The City of San Ramon is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide On-Call Pavement Design Consulting Services as needed. The selected Consultant will provide comprehensive engineering design and preparation of construction documents for various pavement projects. This includes pavement preservation & rehabilitation (preventative maintenance, overlays, inlays, full reconstruction, in-place recycling), civil & traffic infrastructure (striping, construction phasing, concrete improvements, traffic control, and associated miscellaneous items), ADA & Green Infrastructure design (sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, and valley gutters compliant with ADA and Green Infrastructure Standards), and strategic advisory & construction support (expert recommendations on cost-effective treatments, innovative techniques, construction-phase support, field inspections, material testing, and submittal review).
