General Project Description

This project involves the rehabilitation of Fairview Street from the south city limit to Alton Avenue. The work includes excavation, cold milling, grading, removal and replacement of asphalt concrete pavement, repair and replacement of damaged sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter, and bus pads. It also entails improving concrete medians, landscaping and irrigation, adjusting utility covers, and utility monument frames and covers. Traffic channelization (signing and stripping) and traffic signal modifications are also included.
