General Project Description

The Santa Barbara Unified School District is seeking prequalified contractors for Preconstruction and Lease-Leaseback Services for the Peabody Charter School New Kitchen Hood Project. The scope includes initial preconstruction services such as design validation, value engineering, estimating, and scheduling, followed by comprehensive construction services. The construction work specifically involves the removal of the existing kitchen hood, installation of new ductwork and rooftop equipment, and a full scope of roof work including a new roof screen, roof framing, and reroofing.
