General Project Description

This project, BSVII - Therma and A&F Property Restoration, supports the BART Phase II (BSVII) initiative. The scope involves onsite and offsite improvements for property rehabilitation, utility relocation, and construction staging. Key work includes constructing a paved storage area at the A&F (Slakey Brothers) property, building a parking lot at the Therma property, and installing streetlights along the frontage of both properties within the City of San Jose right-of-way. The work encompasses furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals for site preparation, grading, earthwork, paving, trenching, streetlight installation, fencing, striping, electrical work, bio-retention cells, planter boxes, and EV charging infrastructure.
