General Project Description

This Job Order Contract (JOC) is an indefinite quantity contract for general construction, repair, remodel, and other repetitive related work for the County of Santa Clara Hospital System, to be performed at various County facilities. The work involves specific construction tasks with preset unit prices from a Construction Task Catalog (CTC), along with related services. Individual projects will be defined through Job Orders and Detailed Scopes of Work.
