Santa Clara County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, AS NEEDED ELECTRICAL REPAIR SERVICES, identified under Solicitation ID: ITB-PRC-FY26-0410. Work is to be performed near 180 W Tasman Dr, San Jose, CA 95134, USA in Santa Clara County.

General Project Description

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks contractors to provide As-Needed Electrical Repair Services for various County-owned/leased facilities across three separate lots: Facilities & Fleet Department, Santa Clara Valley Healthcare, and Parks & Recreation Department. The work is a Public Work project involving construction, reconstruction, erection, alteration, renovation, improvement, demolition, installation, and/or other repair work on publicly owned, leased, or operated electrical facilities. Contractors are required to perform a range of electrical services, including inspections, repairs, replacements, testing, and hazardous material cleanup, all on an as-needed basis as specified in individual work orders. Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded separately.
