General Project Description

This project aims to establish a master agreement for "as needed" landscape maintenance, irrigation repair, and installation services across various County of Santa Clara-owned and leased facilities. The work involves general landscape maintenance such as mowing, blowing, line trimming, hedge trimming, weed removal, shrub, and ground cover pruning. Additionally, it includes irrigation system repairs and installations, and sustainable landscape design and installation services. The scope also encompasses minor construction, reconstruction, erection, alteration, renovation, improvement, demolition, installation, and/or other repair work on publicly owned/operated facilities, aligning with both maintenance and public works definitions. All services must conform to County sustainable policies and guidelines.
