General Project Description

The project involves asphalt concrete overlay work on the parking lot at Calero Reservoir County Park. The work generally includes earthwork and paving services, applying a layer of new asphalt concrete, cleaning, crack sealing, and restriping an existing parking lot. The base bid is for a 1” A.C. overlay over approximately 91,600 sq ft, with an additive bid item for upgrading to a 2” A.C. overlay. Traffic control and project scheduling are also required.
