General Project Description

The County of Santa Clara's Office of Supportive Housing (OSH) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) to establish a pool of qualified property management service providers. These services will encompass County-owned sites, existing housing projects, temporary housing, and single-family homes, which may include both occupied and vacant properties with residential and/or commercial tenants. The primary objectives are to achieve operational excellence, ensure resident satisfaction, maintain financial stewardship, and comply with all regulatory requirements across the managed properties. Qualified respondents will subsequently be invited to submit work order proposals for specific project needs. The comprehensive scope of work includes property maintenance, operational management, financial oversight, leasing and occupancy management, tenant relations, janitorial services, and various compliance and community engagement activities.
