General Project Description
The project involves the construction of a new single-span precast/pre-stressed concrete bridge (approximately 43-feet wide and 39.0-feet long with a reinforced concrete deck, supported on seat type abutments with standard wingwalls and CIDH pile foundations) on New Avenue at Red Fox Creek, including drainage system work, removal of the existing roadway bridge (reinforced concrete T-beam structure with diaphragm abutments), and removal of trees and other vegetation. The scope also encompasses environmental compliance, traffic control, temporary creek diversion, construction staking, material control, and quality assurance.
