Santa Clara County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (RFSOQ) TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS, identified under Solicitation ID: RFSQ-FAF-FY26-0592. Work is to be performed near 2310 N First St suite 200, San Jose, CA 95131, USA in Santa Clara County.

General Project Description

This Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) seeks to establish a pool of qualified professional firms to provide Construction Project Management Services on an as-needed basis for various County projects. The projects may include new construction, major renovations, tenant improvements, and repairs across County-owned and operated facilities, specifically mentioning healthcare facilities regulated by the California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI). The scope of services encompasses all phases of construction management, including contract administration, project scheduling (CPM), cost control and estimating, bidding and procurement support, construction administration, quality management, permit acquisition (including HCAI approvals), environmental compliance, and project closeout activities. Consultants will be responsible for comprehensive document control, risk assessment, meeting coordination, progress reporting, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations, including Title 24.
