Santa Clarita City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Zones 29, 30, 31 Landscape Maintenance, identified under Solicitation ID: LMD-25-26-26. Work is to be performed near 23920 Valencia Blvd suite 120, Valencia, CA 91355, USA in Los Angeles County.
General Project Description
The City of Santa Clarita is seeking sealed proposals from qualified landscape maintenance companies to provide all-inclusive labor and equipment for comprehensive maintenance services within designated landscaped areas of LMD Zones 29 (Villa Metro), 30 (Penlon), and 31 (Five Knolls). This five-year contract requires adherence to California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA) Industry standards and includes general grounds and irrigation maintenance, tree and shrub care, weed and pest control, fuel modification, litter removal, hardscape cleaning, drainage system maintenance, and a strong emphasis on green waste diversion from landfills. Additional services may include emergency response, electrical repairs, concrete/fence work, and streetscape furniture cleaning.
