General Project Description

This project involves the re-plastering of the Valencia Glen Park Pool. The scope includes the installation of new depth markers, new underwater lights, new main drain covers, and new rope anchors. An alternative bid item covers the demolition of existing skimmers and the installation of new skimmers and equalizers. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, and incidentals according to the plans and technical specifications, which cover concrete work (reinforcement steel, joints), pool tiles, pool plaster, and pool equipment.
