General Project Description
The County of Santa Cruz intends to award up to four indefinite-quantity Job Order Contracts for General Construction Services. This contract facilitates an ongoing series of individual projects at various County locations and facilities. The scope primarily covers small to medium-sized repair and rehabilitation work, replacement-in-kind projects, and minor new construction. Contractors will perform tasks based on a Construction Task Catalog® with preset Unit Prices and bid on Adjustment Factors.
