General Project Description

The County of Santa Cruz is soliciting proposals for Job Order Contracting services for general engineering construction. This is an indefinite quantity construction contract intended for an ongoing series of individual projects at various County facilities. The work typically involves small to medium-sized repair and rehabilitation, replacement-in-kind projects, and minor new construction. Contractors will perform tasks specified in a Construction Task Catalog® using Unit Prices and Adjustment Factors (markup rates) to be proposed by the bidder.
