General Project Description

The County of Santa Cruz is seeking proposals from fully licensed, insured, bonded, and certified contractors for Job Order Contracting (JOC) services specifically for Mechanical Construction. This is an indefinite quantity construction contract intended for an ongoing series of individual projects at various county locations and facilities. The scope primarily covers small to medium-sized repair and rehabilitation work, replacement-in-kind projects, and minor new construction related to mechanical systems. Contractors will utilize a Construction Task Catalog® with pre-priced tasks and submit adjustment factors for pricing.
