General Project Description
The County of Santa Cruz is soliciting proposals from fully licensed, insured, bonded, and certified contractors to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance services. The scope includes preventative maintenance, repairs, testing, examination, lubrication, adjustment, and 24/7 emergency response for County-operated hydraulic and traction elevators located across multiple County buildings in Santa Cruz and Watsonville, California. All elevator components are included in the maintenance scope, adhering to applicable codes, manufacturer recommendations, and industry best practices. Major capital replacements and building infrastructure maintenance are excluded from routine preventative maintenance pricing.
