General Project Description
The County of Santa Cruz invites proposals from fully licensed, insured, bonded, and certified contractors to provide comprehensive Pest Control Services. The project requires an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program for various County facilities, encompassing monthly inspections, preventative treatments, monitoring, and an on-call pest control service. The scope includes control of pests such as rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, occasional invaders, fleas, and wasps through methods like tamper-resistant bait stations, multi-catch traps, perimeter barrier treatments, baits, exclusion, crack-and-crevice baiting, and IPM-consistent pesticide applications. All services must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
