Santa Maria Bonita School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Installation of District-Provided Flooring at Adam Elementary School, identified under Solicitation ID: 5421. Work is to be performed near 500 Windsor St, Santa Maria, CA 93458, USA in Santa Barbara County.
General Project Description
This project involves the installation of district-provided flooring materials including carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), walk-off tile, sheet vinyl, and 6" black rubber baseboard at Adam Elementary School. The scope includes the removal of existing flooring, comprehensive surface preparation (addressing high/low spots, joint preparation, underlayment for portable classrooms, moisture testing, and mitigation), installation of various flooring types using specified adhesives, removal and reinstallation of existing thresholds, and installation of new baseboard with adhesive. All work must conform to manufacturer specifications and relevant safety standards.
