General Project Description

The project involves providing Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E) professional services for the Grant Elementary School Library as part of the Early Education Modernization Project. The scope includes programming, space planning, product sourcing, procurement, receipt, warehousing, delivery, setup, installation, asset tagging, project close-out, and one-year warranty support for all FF&E items. Labor services will be subject to current prevailing wage rates.
