General Project Description

The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District (SMMUSD) is requesting proposals for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) professional consulting services for the Lincoln Middle School 500's Building Modernization Project. The scope of work for the selected firm includes programming, space planning, product sourcing, procurement, receipt, warehousing, delivery, and installation of FF&E. Services also encompass design and consulting for future modifications, reconfigurations, and installations, coordination with other trades (electrical, data, low voltage), provision of commercial furniture products, procurement and installation of various miscellaneous FF&E (e.g., indoor trash cans, small appliances, flag poles, janitorial supplies), asset tagging, and a one-year warranty support covering return trips as needed. The project is planned for a July 2026 delivery and installation.
