General Project Description

The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District is requesting proposals for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) professional services for the Roosevelt Elementary School TK/K Classrooms and Library Building Project. The selected firm will provide comprehensive FF&E related services including programming, space planning, product sourcing, procurement, receipt, warehousing, delivery, and installation. Services also encompass design and consulting for modifications/reconfigurations, coordination with project contractors on electrical/data/low voltage installations, providing commercial furniture products, procuring and installing miscellaneous FF&E, asset tagging, managing the installation process (punch list, project close out), and providing one-year warranty support. This includes providing specific furniture, fixtures, equipment, and custodial items as detailed in the attached schedules and specifications.
