General Project Description

The Santa Paula Unified School District is soliciting trades professionals and contractors to register for placement on their 2026 bidders' list under the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act. This program applies to jobs of $75,000 or less that may be awarded by purchase order, and jobs between $75,000 and $220,000 that may be let by informal procedures. The District seeks to pre-qualify contractors for a range of construction and maintenance categories including asphalt, communications systems, concrete, electrical, fencing, general construction, general engineering, general maintenance, glazing, landscaping, painting, pest control, plumbing, and roofing.
