Josam or equal), preparation of roof surface for adhesion, and installation of 5,800 SF high performance, multi-ply low-slope roof system (fiberglass base sheet and torch-applied modified mineral roll sheet, Class "A" fire rating) on entire roof surface and interior of parapet walls.

O'Keefe's Inc. or equal) integrated with roof hatch assembly, installation of 1 new F-50 48x48 Aluminum Roof Hatch (Min. Bilco or equal) at existing location (min. 16 sq. ft. clear opening with min. 2' clear width), installation of 1 new Bilco Model # RL2-F 48x48 Hatch Guardrail or equal at roof hatch, installation of 4 fire safe square roof gravity vents (Manuf. Able Sheet Metal Economy Gravity Vents, 14" x 14", ¼" 23 ga. square mesh or equal), installation of 2 fire safe exhaust vents (Manuf.
