General Project Description

The project requires a contractor to provide comprehensive plumbing services, including technical knowledge, labor, materials, tools, and equipment, for modifications, routine repairs, and emergency repairs to potable water and sewage systems. Services will be performed at various City of Santa Rosa properties and include 24-hour emergency response, professional sewer and drain cleaning, repair and installation of toilets, showers, sinks, faucets, water heaters, garbage disposals, and dishwashers, leak detection, main sewer line repair, trenchless sewer line replacement, sump pump repair, frozen pipe repair, video camera pipe inspection, downspout drain cleaning, earthquake shut-off valve installation, and gas line repair and installation. The contract aims to establish up to two (2) two-year General Service Agreements with three one-year renewal options.
