General Project Description

This project entails the replacement of existing fencing and gates at the Santa Ynez River Water Conservation District's main office in Santa Ynez, California. The scope includes the removal and proper disposal of approximately 300 linear feet of existing chain link fencing and associated gates. The new installations will consist of about 50 linear feet of cedar split rail fencing, 175 linear feet of wrought iron security fencing, a remote-operated wrought iron gate, pedestrian gates, and other manual gate sections. The contractor is responsible for supplying all required materials, which, along with installation plans, must be approved by the District. Necessary electrical work, including conduit, power connections, controls, wiring, and programming for the electronic gate, is also part of the project.
