General Project Description
This project entails the stabilization of a slope along Edwards Avenue in Sausalito, California. The scope of work includes comprehensive site preparation such as clearing and grubbing of vegetation, removal of existing erosion control mats, and demolition of existing concrete structures. Geotechnical work involves scaling and excavation of loose bedrock and surficial soil, followed by the installation of cement-grouted ground anchors, steel wire slope mesh (TECCO® G65/3), and erosion control mats. Hydroseeding will be performed on disturbed ground for revegetation and further erosion prevention. Traffic control systems will be implemented to ensure public safety and manage traffic flow during construction.
