General Project Description
The City of Scotts Valley is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide On-Call Professional Consulting Services in the disciplines of Arborist, Architectural, Geotechnical, and Surveying. The selected firms will support the City on an as-needed basis with technical expertise, project review, analysis, and related professional services for the City's Engineering Division. This involves supporting programming, design, and construction of projects related to master plans, buildings, facilities, and public infrastructure, including streets, sidewalks, utilities, traffic systems, parks, and other improvements, as well as providing support for capital improvement projects and regulatory compliance.
