Selma Unified School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Jackson Elementary School Structural Tests & Special Inspections, 2022 CBC, identified under Solicitation ID: -. Work is to be performed near 3036 S Thompson Ave, Selma, CA 93662, USA in Fresno County.

General Project Description

This document, DSA 103-22, provides a comprehensive listing of structural tests and special inspections required for the project at Jackson Elementary School, in compliance with the 2022 California Building Code (CBC) and DSA approved documents. The scope includes detailed inspection and testing requirements for various construction elements, such as soils (site preparation, foundation excavations, soil compaction, deep foundations, retaining walls, soil improvements), concrete (cast-in-place, prestressed/post-tensioned, precast, shotcrete, post-installed anchors), and steel/aluminum (structural steel, cold-formed steel, high-strength bolts, shop and field welding, nondestructive testing, steel joists/trusses, sprayed fire-resistant materials, anchor bolts/rods, storage rack systems). It also identifies specific items exempt from DSA structural test/special inspection requirements.
