Work is to be performed near 445 Fifth Ave, Redwood City, CA 94063, USA in San Mateo County.
General Project Description
This project involves the comprehensive replacement of roofing systems across various buildings (C-Wing, E-Wing East South, F-Wing East, G-Wing East, G-Wing West, and Gym buildings) at Woodside High School. The work encompasses the demolition and proper disposal of existing roofing materials, hazardous materials abatement (if applicable), and repair or replacement of damaged structural wood. Installation includes new skylights, vents, hoods, gutters, pipe jacks, downspouts, copings, water diverters, flashings, and conduit sleepers. Abandoned curbs and penetrations will be roofed over. The roofing systems to be installed feature Polyiso insulation board and ½” gypsum cover board, various membrane applications such as Stressbase 120 in Green Lock Membrane adhesive, KEE 60 mil FB with spatter spray, Stressbase 80 Plus in Green Lock Flashing Adhesive, KEE Stone NF flashing roll in KEE Lock WB Flashing Adhesive, and Vapor Smart SA. Additional scope for Gym Roof sections includes metal deck inspection, repair, treatment, and installation of new internal drain bowls and safety tie-off mounts. The project emphasizes compliance with hazardous materials specifications and adherence to technical specifications prepared by Garland.
