General Project Description

The County of Siskiyou is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide property abatement services for nuisance conditions at two specific properties located in Weed, California. The scope of work includes surveying sites, scheduling clean-ups, and documentation preparation for abatement. Specifically, the project requires the removal of vehicles, manufactured homes, hazardous and non-hazardous waste, debris, and unpermitted construction. Contractors must have the capacity to safely manage hazardous materials, coordinate with County staff, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations for proper disposal.
