General Project Description
The Project includes installation of flood protections around County property for water intrusion onto the property from adjacent city roadways. The project site is approximately bordered by Texas Street on the north, Clay Street on the west, Delaware Street on the south and Union Ave on the east. This project has been funded with a grant from OES/FEMA and is being bid in a multi-prime manner by the County. The specific scope of this bid is the sump vaults and pumps including electrical and controls adjacent to the south side of Delaware Street.
