General Project Description
The South Bay Union School District is seeking qualified construction contractors for the on-site installation of four (4) pre-manufactured, DSA-approved shade structures. The installation work will occur at two district campuses: VIP Village Preschool and Nicoloff Elementary School (North Kinder Area). The project scope includes providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and services to complete the installation of the already procured and permitted shade structures. The project will also include allowances for unforeseen conditions related to the installations.
