General Project Description

This project involves site preparation and related work for modular Transitional Kindergarten classroom projects at Junipero Serra Elementary School and Monte Verde Elementary School. The scope of work includes building pad preparation, concrete foundations and slabs, underground utilities, low-voltage systems, accessible site improvements, fire hydrant installation, and limited restroom alterations. The work is required for DSA-certifiable project completion at both sites, with site readiness sufficient to support modular building placement required on or before May 2, 2026.
