General Project Description

The South San Francisco Unified School District is seeking proposals from pre-qualified firms for Lease-Leaseback Preliminary Construction Services for the Monte Verde Elementary School Modernization Project. The project involves modernization and renovation of the existing campus, including Buildings A, B, C, D, associated support spaces, site, and utilities. The scope of preliminary services includes constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, logistics planning, site investigations, and coordination with design and construction services under the District's Measure T Bond Program and a lease-leaseback structure. Subsequent construction administration and close-out services are also part of the broader project.
