General Project Description

This project involves yard improvements at Madera Community College for the purpose of EV cart charging and storage. The scope of work includes the construction of a reinforced concrete pad to accommodate electric vehicles, the installation of four RV-style power pedestals on the pad for EV cart charging stations, the installation of dedicated 120V circuits to three existing storage containers, the installation of one RV-style power pedestal for EV mower charging, and the construction of a chain-link fence at the yard entrance for security. All work must adhere to applicable codes and standards.
