General Project Description

This project involves the re-roofing of the existing gymnasium, concourse, locker rooms, classrooms, and fitness rooms at Fresno City College. The scope includes demolition of the existing roofing system down to the substrate, removal of aquatic solar heating panels, coping, gas and condensate lines, and skylights. New installations include a new roofing system on the existing substrate, new coping, flashing, and counter flashing, new tapered rigid insulation, new walking pads, and new gas and condensate lines, as indicated in the plans.
