General Project Description

The project involves Design-Build Services for a new Center for Applied Technology at Fresno City College. Qualified firms are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the attached specifications. The scope encompasses both the design and construction aspects required for the establishment of this new technology center.

Quantity: 1 Unit: LS Work Item: Comprehensive design services for the Center for Applied Technology, including all architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering disciplines.
Quantity: 1 Unit: LS Work Item: Full construction services for the new Center for Applied Technology building, including all necessary site work, foundations, structural elements, building envelope, and interior finishes.
Quantity: 1 Unit: LS Work Item: Installation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical power and lighting, plumbing, fire protection, and data/telecommunication infrastructure.
