General Project Description

The project in Suisun City involves the resurfacing of Emperor Drive, from Pintail Drive to Longspur Drive, with an Asphalt Rubber Cape Seal. The scope includes supplying all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for surface preparation, crack sealing, digout repairs of asphalt concrete, upgrading existing curb ramps to ADA compliance, adjusting manhole frames and utility valve covers to grade, and pavement striping. The work will adhere to Caltrans Standard Specifications 2022 Edition, Caltrans Standard Plans 2022 Edition, and City of Suisun City Standard Specifications and Details 1996. A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) is mandatory for this project.
