General Project Description

This project involves the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for the FY2025-26 Road Overlay. The scope includes conform grinding, installing asphalt concrete pavement overlays, installing reflective thermoplastic striping and markings, retroreflective pavement markers, and installing new survey monuments across multiple road segments within Sutter County. The work must be completed in accordance with Caltrans Standard Specifications and Plans, and Special Provisions.
