General Project Description
This project involves the replacement of the existing roof at Ustach Middle School. The scope includes the replacement of sloped roof sections utilizing GAF Timberline HDZ shingles and flat roof sections utilizing a single-ply Johns Manville PVC System (or equal). Additionally, the contractor is responsible for the identification, removal, and replacement of any damaged wood sheathing (plywood or OSB affected by dry rot, water intrusion, or structural degradation), with this work paid on a fixed unit price per square foot basis, inclusive of all necessary labor, equipment, and materials.
