General Project Description

This document is a prequalification notice for prospective prime contractors and mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire protection, and underground pipeline subcontractors wishing to bid on future projects with the Tamalpais Union High School District. Prequalification is required for specific District lease-leaseback projects and District projects using state school bond funds or other funds, involving a projected expenditure of $1,000,000 or more. Contractors must hold applicable State of California Contractor Licenses (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46) and be registered as a public works contractor.
