General Project Description

This project is a re-bid for bleacher repair and replacement services at three high schools within the Temecula Valley Unified School District: Great Oak, Chaparral, and Temecula Valley High Schools. The scope involves furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to remove existing bleacher seats, rollers, and associated hardware, and to install new, compliant components (seats, benches, roller/wheel assemblies, and genuine OEM hardware) into the existing Hussey Seating Maxam bleacher systems. The contract also includes operational testing, adjustment, and final alignment for bleacher banks, as well as mobilization, gym floor protection, and site cleanup. Emergency call-out services for after-hours/weekend work are also required. The contract period is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with the option for two additional one-year renewals.
