General Project Description

This project involves the construction of new prefabricated restrooms and associated ADA improvements at Vail Ranch Park. The scope includes demolition of existing sidewalks, curbs, gutters, curb ramps, and drainage areas. Site preparation entails grading, surveying, and building pad preparation for the restroom. Extensive utility work is required, including rerouting, upgrading, and making final connections. Additional work covers traffic control, parking lot cold milling, concrete curb and gutter installation, concrete sidewalk installation, concrete ADA pedestrian access ramp installation, landscaping, irrigation system installation, and 90-day landscape maintenance.
