General Project Description

This project involves citywide bike lane upgrades, including the installation of green thermoplastic bike lane pavement markings to enhance cyclist visibility and identify potential conflict areas for turning motorists. The scope of work also includes signing, striping, and the installation of thermoplastic pavement legends. Work will be performed on major bicycle corridors such as Winchester Road (from Ynez Road to City Limits), Rancho California Road (from Moraga Road to Butterfield Stage Road), and Temecula Parkway (from Wabash Lane to Butterfield Stage Road). The project requires furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals.
