General Project Description

This project involves furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services for a comprehensive pavement overlay and resurfacing program throughout the City of Thousand Oaks. Key work items include pavement overlay treatment, pavement R&R (remove and replace) repair, application of striping and legends, construction of curb ramps at various locations, surface drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous asphaltic and concrete work. The project also entails demolition, clearing, grubbing, tree root repair, cold milling and digouts, asphalt paving, micro-surfacing, tack coat application, shoulder backing, pavement striping, and utility cover adjustments for wastewater manholes, storm drains, and valve/survey monuments. All work must comply with specifications and contract documents.
