General Project Description

The City of Torrance is soliciting bids for the development of a temporary surface parking lot at the Torrance Transit Regional Center. The project involves furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to construct a temporary parking facility. This temporary lot will serve daily transit operations and customer parking needs during the construction phase of a new permanent facility. The work must be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications provided by Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. and the City of Torrance.
