Torrance City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, City-Wide Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services, identified under Solicitation ID: 2025-1217. Work is to be performed near 3031 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, CA 90503, USA in Los Angeles County.

General Project Description

The City of Torrance is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed elevator contractors to establish a Master On-Call Elevator Services Agreement. This agreement will cover preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, modernization support, and emergency services for all City-owned elevators and lifts. The scope includes furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, permits, licenses, transportation, bonds, insurance, overhead, and profit to deliver complete elevator services. Services will be assigned on an as-needed basis through individual task orders over an estimated three-year term, with the option for two (2) additional one-year extensions, for an estimated not-to-exceed amount of $250,000 annually.
